Buurtbeheer arrives from Oud-Charlois, Rot-ter-dam.
Fueled by vigilante B-films, their songs are about war veterans, housing problems and general Rotterdam-Zuid malaise.
The band consists of Jacco Wanneer (singer), Yo Kolina (drums) and Sebatosh (bass guitar).
