Het debuutalbum van Buurtbeheer:
sociale woningbouwpunk uit Oud-Charlois, Rotterdam.

Op 17 november 2021 vertrok Buurtbeheer voor hun eerste optreden naar Dordrecht. Later die nacht omschreef burgemeester Aboutaleb de gebeurtenissen die zich voltrokken als een orgie van geweld.

Er is een gelimiteerde oplage cassettes, uitgebracht door Smikkelbaard.

Buurtbeheer bestaat uit:
Jacco Wanneer (zang), Yo Kolina (drums) en Sebatosh (bas).

On the 17th of November 2021 Buurtbeheer had their first concert. Later that night, the mayor of Rotterdam described the events as 'an orgy of violence'.

There's a limited supply of cassettes available, released by Smikkelbaard.
